摘要:

Solution-processed lasers have evolved from early demonstrations based on organic semiconductors toward highly efficient and wavelength-tunable devices enabled by nanostructured resonators and printable materials. In particular, metal-halide perovskites have opened new opportunities for low-cost, high-gain laser platforms with excellent optical properties and simple fabrication routes. A special focus is placed on distributed feedback (DFB) concepts compatible with additive manufacturing. Inkjet printing enables precise material utilization, digital patterning, and compatibility with flexible and heterogeneous substrates, making it a promising route toward scalable photonic manufacturing. In addition, the presentation addresses fundamental optical processes governing amplified spontaneous emission and lasing in perovskite systems, with particular emphasis on the distinction between collective and cooperative emission effects. Perovskites and inkjet printing also offer a promising combination for novel X-ray detectors. Perovskite semiconductors combine excellent X-ray absorption with high photon-to-charge conversion efficiency. We investigate different device architectures for efficient charge collection and demonstrate triple-cation perovskite X-ray detectors fabricated by digital inkjet printing on mechanically flexible substrates. Such flexibility enables folded (“origami-type”) detector concepts that extend 2D printing into 3D device architectures.
