摘要: This talk presents recent advances in inkjet-printed optical and photonic devices for next-generation manufacturing and imaging technologies. Combining precision optics, functional materials, and scalable additive manufacturing, the work explores inkjet printing as a versatile platform for high-performance micro- and nanophotonic systems. The presentation will highlight the fabrication of highly uniform microlens arrays (MLAs) using engineered UV-curable inks and optimized printing strategies, enabling exceptional fill factors, flexible geometries, and compatibility with both rigid and flexible substrates. Building on these developments, spectrally encoded MLAs integrated with printed color filter arrays are demonstrated for multispectral light field imaging, enabling simultaneous spatial and spectral acquisition within a single snapshot. In addition, the talk will address the inkjet printing of multilayer Bragg mirrors with precisely controlled photonic architectures. Through tailored ink formulations and fabrication control, high-reflectance photonic structures with tunable bandgaps from the visible to near-infrared regime are achieved. Together, these results demonstrate the growing potential of advanced inkjet printing for scalable photonic manufacturing, multifunctional optical systems, and emerging imaging technologies.
